We woke up this morning to what we thought was a slab leak so we called a plumber who then told us we had a high pressure issue that had to be fixed before they could deal with the slab. Their quote was kinda crazy sounding so we called another company who gave us a slightly cheaper quote. My wife called plumb intended and they quoted us a third of the price over the phone along with sending out a plumber to look at it same day. Jared and Nathan came out to look at the pressure issue we were told we had just to find out that not only did we not have a pressure issue but we also didn’t have a slab leak… it was a really bad AC leak. The guys fixed our faucet leaks and showed me some other stuff as well. I was super thankful for their professional courtesy and honesty and I think I found my forever plumbing company! The hot water heater in our attic went out. Plumb Intended came shortly after we called; same day service. They were clean and professional; and the quality of work was great. They also checked to see if my old water heater was still under warranty. I was pleased that they cleaned up after themselves – the only way I knew they had been there was that my hot water worked!
